WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROGRAM MANAGER II
The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water), requests the submittal of Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals from qualified firms to provide program management services in support of the Wastewater Treatment Service Area portion of DC Water’s Capital Improvement Program.

This RFP seeks to retain the services of qualified firm(s) to manage the Wastewater Service Area of the CIP (Wastewater CIP). The selected engineering firm, project team of engineering firms, or joint venture will provide program management services for DC Water’s Wastewater Service Area within the Capital Improvement Program. These services will Include staff augmentation to the engineering division for a variety of tasks including program controls, planning, construction management, design and design management in addition to providing technical expertise beyond that available within the DC Water organization. Technical expertise required ranges from specific scientific knowledge to bringing to DC Water proven experiences from other utilities that would improve efficiency and effectiveness of project and program delivery, operations, maintenance, and the integration of facility planning and asset management.
